    Default What a Great Forum

I have been on this forum for a while. I post a thread about once a week and reply to quiet a few in a week. I have only had good experiences on this forum. Sometimes people have a different opinion or experiences to me so I might take their reply with a grain of salt.

I am also on the Rottie forum and a post I put on there on Friday night has had 64 views but not one reply.
So I want to say thank you to all the people on this forum who do reply with great ideas and feedback. I know this weekend there has been some negative stuff happening here so I wanted everyone to know that this is a great forum with helpful, caring and supportive members. I know it has really helped me alot and I look forward to grabbing a few spare minutes to check what is happening with my doggy friends.

If you seek understanding listen to the music, not the song.

It's a very special place, that's for sure. I've found that people don't generally have "agendas" & will support you in circumstances that warrant their support. Basically, if you treat people with respect, you will be treated with respect.

I haven't been here long either and I have to say I love what I have seen so far.
Everyone is very supportive of each other, there is a real sense of community, not just mindless postings.

I plan on sticking around, and even though some people may not like me (hey, it happens everywhere, no biggie) they definitely haven't shown it and I have been made feel very welcome.

It is a fun forum because it is not always serious!!!! And people use real everyday talk. I am sitting in my pj's already trying to motivate myself for dog training at 5pm. It is going to be freezing!!!

    Agreed Iscot!

If I asked a medical question like "does anyone have any herbal remedies for incontinence in dogs" on other sites I would get a very clinical answer and it makes you wonder if that person just googled the info, or if they have actually experienced it.
Whereas everyone here is very upfront, they would (I assume) tell you they haven't had experience with it, but they did find some sites that could be helpful, then we would get into a chat about our dogs.
