perhaps you need to be a stronger leader so she doesn't think - I have to protect her?

yeah im trying to work on that and she seems completley in her place inside its just she seems to forget it outside. she has even stopped thinking she has to protect me from OH wich we never thought would happen....we practice the i walk through the door first, she gets attention when i give it, she doesnt beg for food she's not up on the couch or bed. she comes when i call or she doesnt come in the room for a period. and she is great with all this first time every time but when it comes to other dogs something clicks in her mind. i guess it might have somethig to do with being chained starved beaten and not socialised for the first year of her life

    Here is an update.

So Paws In The Park was on today. I arrived there at 8am and was there till 12pm when it ended.

It was such a great event, agility, stalls, parades, you name it.

A big downside to the event was that the Fly ball demonstrations were cancelled as they thought it wouldn't be such a great idea in the end due to how fast it is etc and they didn't want dogs crashing every where.

There was a GSD group which does agility and demonstrates different training techniques.
    This was really good.
Free showbags, treat bags, doggy doo bags where all handed out, here is the best part.. free of charge!

Pipi was lucky enough to receive three show bags. In each several different types of treats, a few of these several types I might add, a Pedigree dog bowl, frisbee, hat, pigs ear and many more treats. In total I think everybody scored over $50 of good quality treats each. I can't quite remember the brands but some are those healthy treats and the schmacko brands.

All in all it was a great day.

Lucky enough, dogs from the rescue centres got to come and enjoy a day out and hopefully get adopted.

Various dog washes were available at discounted prices, very good prices may I add and micro-chipping plus registrations for a discounted price.

I managed to teach Pipi how to do agility. She can do the see-saw, poles, hurdles and climb over the frame. As well as the tunnel.

I have so much to add but I would be sitting here all day if I continue.

    What a day.....

To say this it would be true
I've heard a GSD had a good time too
Longhaired bloke had lots of cuddles
Whilst his owner got in heaps of muddles

Lots of rescues out to play
They really had a swell old day
    Dogs big and small
were catered for one and all

    Aunt Aggie wears not mask
You are not up to the task
    Of unmasking this fair stranger
    Aunt Aggie's in no danger

Aggie knows all that happens here
She sees it all far and near
She hears things, see them on her phone
And on AuntAggies facebook she ain't alone

    Secrets here and secrets there
    Secrets hidden everywhere
    Aggies older than you chickens
And actually is quite the ****ens

If you want to know the truth
All you have to do is seek proof
Take a magnifying glass my dear
And say what you see, not what you hear

But do not concentrate on Aggie child
Those troll around are not as mild
Get out and look at all this season
Who knows where there is treason
