Default Dog Crap on Walks! Grrr. Vent.

Jeez, it's been raining heavily, but thankfully Master 9 and I were able to go between showers and it held off for us - for once!

But talk about dog crap EVERYWHERE. Sheesh, ppl are not only NOT picking it up and disposing of it, the twits are not even bothering to try and move it off footpaths etc. My Master 9 stood in one lot and nearly skidded then down the hill, poor boy.

I assume everyone here picks up behind their dogs when out and about in public, and hopefully we are all doing our best to educate others about doing the 'right thing.'

Grr, gotta go clean down his shoes now. Okay, vent over.

Not nice! I don't understand why people continue not to pick up their dog's crap!

We've had the same problem around here. I can't stand it, if I get caught out without a bag, I go back and clean up the mess.

There's one man with a GSD that is a serial offender. I've tried asking politely that he clean up his mess, tried dropping a letter in his mailbox, complained to the council, and finally lost my temper at him and yelled at him. Nothing has worked, he just doesn't give a rats.

I'm sorry that your son slipped because of it. It's so frustrating isn't it!

Some areas are worse than others!
People just don't get how easy it is to just pick it up in a plastic baggie.
Apparently France is really bad for dog crap everywhere!

Hey Ange, get a bag and pick up all this moron's dog crap and pop it onto his front doorstep. You could even attach a pretty little flower or sparkler or something. I would if I know of the offender and where they lived.

*um yep, DA's done it before*

Here I was thinking that DA is this quiet polite little person who was fairly meek and mild, and now I'm realising that she might be a bit of rabbel-rouser!

Sorry to hear that your son had stepped & nearly slipped in doggy poo...ohh not nice at all.. i don't think its very nice manners of others not to pick up their pets poo's.... yes i sure pick up Floyd's poo if & when he on the rare occasion has done one out in public place etc.. but he has poo issues, he rarely will do out in public, he will hold on until we get home, he has a spot of lawn at home that he likes to poo on only..

I was driving along one day past this really lovely front yard, the gardens were gorgeous and you could tell these people had put a lot of time and effort, (not to mention money), into this garden.
Next minute I see this guy with his dog letting it do a crap on this front lawn, I did a UTurn and asked him if it was his garden, he replied no, so I asked him if he was going to pick up the mess his dog had just made, he replied with I forgot my bags.

I pulled the car over, put on my hazards, and told him it was his lucky day as I always carried bags with me in the car and proceeded to hand him one. The look on his face was priceless as I stood there and watched him pick it up!

I then drove off having a bit of a giggle to myself, but then thinking about it I was actually quite annoyed, these people had put a lot into their yard and this man didn't care, and to top it off he must have been in his 50's, if you haven't learnt a little common decency by that age, then I figure you need a good kick up the bum!!

If you own a dog pick up it's crap otherwise Karma might get you and you might step in someone else's or worse yet I might be driving past and be willing to give you a helping hand!!

Same here DA... but in my case it was my neighbours cat poo, if my hubby finds neighbours cat poo on your lawns or gardens etc, he just shovels it up & throws it as hard as he can into neighbours yard or windows
