If I just tell mine to sit they take a few seconds.
If I tell mine to sit when I have food in my hand it's instantaneous... you don't actually see the action of sitting, they are just standing up then their bums are magically on the floor

Hahaha! Mollie's arse plonks on the ground faster then a speeding bullet - she definately understands when I say "sit" she has to get her tushi on the ground ASAP, rofl.
She is really good at stay. I've gotten to the point where I can leave her in the house, walk outside, walk around the house and come back - she'll still be in position.

Rufus is refining the basic commands atm. He knows sit, drop, stand, stay, come, heel, go (agility command), over, through, tunnel, stop. However, he isn't `100% to my liking for any of these - he knows them but i want them just right for trialling

    Commands -

Sit, stay, come, down (as in 'drop'), go away, on your bed, leave it
She doesn't know 'heel' but will heel if I say her name, back, stay, or make a noise or click my fingers.

    Tricks -

Shake, other one (shake other paw), two paws (sits on her bum with front paws in the air but she has to lean them on me because she can't balance lol), touch (touch my hand with her nose), spin, dead/bang, come around (walk around me), roll over

    Words she knows -

play, toy, ball, chicken, where's nana? (this means walk time!), back (back away from the door or food etc)

And the most important words - dinner, walk, car, park, go and if I spell go ie. g-o she knows what that means
