Time for another update. The honeymoon period (as Di so beautifully put it) is over, and this marriage is made in heaven and is gonna last guys!!!

You know, this girl has got me to the stage where I have started wondering - did we (my family and I) have to go through all this heartache just so we could appreciate more owning Logan?

Her mouthing is the only issue left, but she hasn't done that for a while, seems to be comprehending the difference between fast running little legs and HER toys. Lol.

One thing that spins me, she is an excellent heeler. Nope, not kidding one little bit. First walk she was a bit all over the place, but the last two daily walks she has only needed to be verbally told to "heel" twice. No flexing of collar or lead required, just a quick verbal correction and she's back in spot. She is literally walking loose-lead for anywhere between an hour to an hour and a half walk each time. We are kind of gob-smacked, so am about to contact breeder to see what the go is. Unbeknown to myself and possibly breeder, someone somewhere has taught this dog to heel before, surely?

Yay for Logan. So, so happy!!!

I had an unusual "vibration" from the moment you first mentioned Logan & so far I've been right about my intuition.

It's weird, and probably just some sort of freaky thinking on my part, but God she reminds me of my most beloved one of all so far, Kelsey. She really does remind me of her so often, just with little things she does, or ways she looks at you.

I agree with GSD.. the universe does work in mysterious ways, maybe Logan was sent to you as a blessing etc..goodness knows how much that you & your family deserve such a wonderful dog. Glad to hear that Logan is being an easy going loving girl

They say that good things comes to those who wait, looks like it has for you & your family
