Sounds like you need to build a bit more of a relationship with her and make yourself fun to be around.

What are you trying to achieve? Does your dog get a reward for doing the right thing?

Do you know if she can actually hear you?

Maybe try changing the pitch/tone of your voice, give her toys or treats for responding to you, like MAC said prehaps you need to make it more fun to take notice or be around you.

Just try only telling her to do something when you are in a possition to make her if she doesnt do it. This way she will get used to doing things when you tell her and it will naturally follow on that she will just do it later on when you cant make her

Breeding, Showing, Training and general crazy making!!!
If you seek understanding listen to the music, not the song.

Agree with ash. If you tell your dog to do something, give him/her a command, you MUST be in a position to ENSURE the dog follows through with it. At this stage the dog is now conditioned to do what it pleases, and not the other way around.

she is a hard dog to catch so i cant make her do every thing i tell her

she listens to every command in the house but one step out of the house and she dont care
