Great news, I had been wondering how things were going with Izzy. Fingers crossed the training keeps going so well.

another quick update on izzy: her behaviour modification training is going well but we have had a couple set backs in the last week or so. She decided to bite my cousin on the elbow and drew blood and just last night she had a fight with 1 of our other dogs and bit her on the eye so we were at the vet at 10.30 last night to have the eye flushed and checked as it was bleeding but she is ok. Training is working it's just taking time.

Thanks for the support i do believe she knows we are trying to help her cos she gives you a look when she does something wrong as if she knows. She is doing well other than our little set backs

Update on Izzy: It's been 8 months since I last posted about her and I have to say she is doing very well. She hasn't had a fight with any of the dogs in the last 6 months. We will always have to keep a close eye on her of course but I feel alot more confident now walking her as she doesn't attack other dogs anymore. She will be medicated for the rest of her life, some people believe that it isn't right that I choose to medicate her but it works and everyone is better for it. I am hopeful that she will now live a long happier life without the thought of having to have her pts.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you've found a way to make things work for everyone.
