Thank you everyone for you kind wishes.
Ralph gets a reprieve once again! The bleeding and blood clots are from the tumour, his lungs are fine. They have given me another drug for him for when he does have bleed episodes "ACP", it will lower his blood pressure to help reduce the bleeding. They do not consider that he should be pts at this stage.
We ended up having an emergency while we were there, hubby went to take Ralph back to the car while I was paying the bill and waiting for the medication, Ralph was anxious since we left to go to the vet and obviously getting back in the car got over anxious and started asphixiating again, so hubby rushed him back into the vet, with my trache kit and we got him breathing again and the vet then put him on oxygen and gave him valium and got him calmed and back to good colour!
Thank god I carry all the gear to clear him when he asphixiates as it would have taken longer for the vet to get everything together, as that gear isn't on hand in the consult room.
So Ralph and hubby are now resting. I will just need to give Ralph valium before going to the vet and also if he as any anxiety at all!

Poor Ralphy getting anxious & excited, sounds like he was very excited about going home, bless him

Thank you BOH for updating us, i've been praying & thinking about you both today, TBH i was a tad anxious myself about reading your updated posts.

If it was the other outcome, I would have posted a memorial!
I will use this post on the highs and lows of Ralphs condition.
