She's here! And I am in love! Seriously, her temperament is bloody awesome. She wants to play with everybody at the airport, well, except the lobsters that were flown in (think she wanted to eat them, don't blame her, I did too!)

She travelled beautifully of course, being an ex-showy she's used to it. But geez, she loves the car, I mean really loves it.

She is underweight so needs some serious feeding up, the shave job is nowhere near as bad as expected, and the ears aren't as bad as I expected either.

    Aw heck, she'll do fine.

She is very energetic, running zoomies around the back yard, and is very excitable, yet she is also careful and calm when inside so far.

Look guys, seriously, her temperament appears to be just gorgeous, she has not stopped wagging her tail.

EXTREME food drive which is FANTASTIC. Gonna use that to my advantage. She seems far better on the lead than other show-dogs who are used to running out on the lead, so I am pleasantly surprised there. Teaching her correct heeling will be easier and quicker than I expected.

Okay, things are chaos here with everybody home, so I need a coffee and I am starving!!! Trip home was the longest ever - I've never seen so much traffic in Tas as I did today.

    Will check back in later.
Thanks all for your thoughts. Will get photos up as soon as I can so you can all meet her.

Great - glad to hear she is with you. Showies are kept lean - very lean in the specialist ring. Looking forward to pics!
