Default And Now We Are Three

Little Jet Puppet has just been picked up. She has a big day ahead of her.

She has friends in high places in Qantas and her progress over will be monitored so that has lessened my worry.

She has the blanket they slept on last night and a toy in the crate. It will be a big day for this little girl.

Damn straight they will be letting me know she has arrived.

Have just finished reading the "report" from one of the other puppies owners. Little girls first "own" puppy, not mum or dads but hers, the older whippets belong to the parents as far as she is concerned.

And it's all going well, dads booked them into puppy school.

She is sending me photos later today and has kept the nickname we gave her - Dash.

So far all really good homes. Last one goes on Saturday.

It must seem very quiet at your place now! While it's sad when they go, it takes a lot of pressure off you, though I'm sure the others will keep you on your toes...especially Gemma!

Yes it is very quiet. They were all in on the dog bed in the lounge room while we were waiting for Jet to be collected. I didn't think I needed to put them in the play pen.

After Jet left my two and little Diamond continued to sleep for a while and I've not long put them out with their breakfast.

For the past couple of nights they've been allowed to roam around the loungeroom for a bit then its onto the dog bed and asleep. They still go into the playpen when we go to bed.

If this lot are not the easiest puppies to toilet train than I don't know what is. Dash's owner says they have had no day accidents she uses the dog door in the dog room/rumpus room. Just a couple of a night. I've just sent word thru to limit her space of a night. I'm always amazed at the mess people are prepared to clean up. Whereas I would rather the puppy not make the mess in the first place, I think toilet training comes along quicker that way.
