    You can fit it yourself, and there's no reason why you'd have to apply to your agents to have one. You can get some sort of locking device, good if you live in suburbia, I don't have that. I think PIM will come and fit it for you for an extra cost. But otherwise you slot it in to the existing tracks and tighten the screws so it doesn't slide around.

    It's a DIY thing, clips in and clips out. They're awesome! You can put it in when you get to a house and take it out with no adjustments needed to any part of the screens or glass doors!

    I want one and have been eyeing them off for months!

    TBH I wouldn't tell the real estate, just take it out and pop it in the garage when you have an inspection. It's not damaging to the house, doesn't affect anything at all.

    Thanks Ladies! I thought it looked like one your just popped in and out....I like! Might have to start saving our pennies for one! Since we are going into winter I'm hoping the flies and mozzies will dissapear soon but will be good to have something in use for next spirng/summer!
