Do you mean your kennel prefix?

Stud name sounds "horse" to me. Any horse people feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I went and looked at a few rabbit shows (Castle Hill show grounds has them) when the skids were looking for a rabbit.

Must say I really liked their method of judging. They also had some really fun things for the kids.

I didn't get my first choice prefix and in fact mine is named after a town somewhere in Australia.

I showed for 3 years before I bred a litter of my own. Even though my father had bred many. I leased the bitch back to the breeder for her/my first litter.

She was also titled first. This is the first litter I've bred where one or the other isn't at least a champion. But experienced people have been very encouraging to go ahead with the mating and freely admit if the dog was in the hands of a known hound person he would already be there.

Also have you had the bitch and/or dog out where people are seeing them and you can compare. What the breeder saw in her at 8-10 weeks can change.

I'm not putting you off and yes everyone has to start somewhere, it's just food for thought.

hi my male came from a judge i was lucky and has being breeding for 20 years and she likes him hence why he is going on main rego but she has to do a stack deck ,
my female came from qld and yes she has seen her along with a few otehr breeders in nsw . i picked zoey from qld becausse of her bloodline and her and jasper make quite a complatable mix i have being told from breeders due to the old lines they both carry.

sorry but what does "near future" mean??? They need to be an exceptional respresetation of the breed and you will not know that until you have shown for quite some time and hopefully gained Championship!

I want to ask you a question....name me 3 things about your bitch and/or dog that makes you want to use them!

Have you tried putting your name and your partner's name (if you have a partner) together, or letters of your names to come up with a prefix? My mum's kennel prefix is KADAMA: KA my dad's initials, DA my Mum's initials, AMA my sisters initials. They use to spell it with two A's but nobody could spell it right so they let it go as it is now.

How 'bout SUMMACOAST KENNELS or BELGIANS? SUMMAKAT?
