She is LOVELY, DA. I am so excited for your family, especially for Logan. I too think Inca has had a hand ( I mean paw) in this healing.

Sorry to be a bit of a Debbie Downer but don't forget to get proof or worming sent with her. (Hidatus Tapeworm)
I nearly got caught up in that when my pup arrived. The breeder had wormed him but just didn't realise that in Tassie you have to provide proof. A vets certificate, or even just an empty worming packet along with a letter is accepted

Yeah I know. It is amazing how many breeders tell me they send dogs here to Tas "all the time" and have never had to do it! That is rubbish. Dogs will be refused entry.

I usually recommend that ppl carry a photocopy (if possible) of the vet certifcate or Sta. Dec. in their handbag as well when picking up the dog. Heard of a few occasions where certificate taped to the top of the crate has "gone missing" during flight.

    Excellent idea!
And don't forget to take a pair of scissors when you go pick her up, I'm not sure if you would be getting her in Launnie or not but the darn baggage people never have scissors to get the ties off the doors of the crate!

Anyway, just before she comes I would give the breeder a gentle reminder just to be safe

Just been on the phone to my mother, telling her of our decision to get Logan.

She actually said she has a good feeling about this. Which struck me as odd, cause she NEVER says that!

Hmmm, let's hope she's right. Must admit though, I have a good feeling too...
