    Default Update on Inca

Okay, to those who were aware Inca is ill, today was a better day. All fluids were stopped last night. She has had sips of water all day, and slowly progressed to drinking larger amounts each time with no reaction (vomiting.)
No diarrhoea either, so that's great.

She has managed to eat two meals today. First was ravenous, which shows me her appetitie is starting to kick in, the second not so ravenous. Made sure she took it SLOWLY! She is taking her probiotic and yakult well.

Myself and the vet have been discussing this again this afternoon, and in talking I remembered the storm the other day. I posted about it, she was a mess from it, hence we now are taking a fair punt that it is IBS, and that is what stressed her to buggery and started this bout off. Let's hope we're right.

She is moving around more, and is even getting up a bit of a run now and again outside with the boys. Let's hope she continues on the uphill road to recovery.

Fingers crossed for dear Inca! You must be so worried, but I'm sure you'll sort it out eventually. Inca's in good hands with you DA.

No, not really worried Grey's, just frustrated. It's amazing how it's a different thing when it's your own dog!
I think because I'm confident what is wrong with her, it takes the worry away.
Bummer, doesn't take the frustration away though.
