    Yes I do.

I vaccinate all puppies and adult dogs routinely up to 10 years of age, they will receive a C3 and a nasal spray for Canine Cough.

If they need to go into boarding (after 10 yrs of age) they will receive the necessary vaccination to comply with boarding protocol.

Should one of the older dogs need to go to the vet I will ask for a vaccination while the dog is being seen.

That thread was deleted, and so it should have been, but not by me. The other thread you are referring to was started by Rebekaleigh, and there is no trace of it, so I expect it was totally deleted by Morgan prior to appointing us as mods.
You do not owe ANYONE any explanations. If you start now you will have every idiot questioning your moderating and your behaviour. Why did you say this, why did you do this, why did you have freedom of action - how very dare you!!

    I agree.

I refuse to have every decision questioned to be honest, but will be happy to discuss this in private with the people involved.

Lets leave it at that people...thanx

Seems to me to be a VERY good reason why the mods should definitely have been anonymous. Yes this forum desperately needed Mods but knowing who they are - well, not everyone is going to be pleased with the choices and it was just a recipe for disaster.

I thought the mods were going to be anonymous, just so they wouldn't be harrassed by anyone and also so they could still contribute etc without the expectations!

Yep...we were supposed to have been hidden, but that is not the case anymore.

I guess we just have to deal with it the way it is now...people know who we are and that is not going to change.

I don't know about everybody else, but this mod subject is now boring the crap out of me.

    Let's move on shall we?

I vaccinate a puppy three times, depending on the vacc given of course. I have known a few vets who honestly don't feel the third injection is warranted, but i also know of some who believe all three are imperative. same old, same old, once again a simple difference of opinion and learning.

    I TOTALLY agree

We vaccinate our dogs too. They get Protech C7 yearly...I treat them with Interceptor once a month (I get it from the vets) which covers all gut worms and heart worm...I treat them with Advantix every 3 weeks.

How are you finding the Advantix? I'm past my used-by-date, I think, and still stick to the old stuff I've known decades ago.
