Default What is It with the Colour Blue....

practically everyone that calls wants to know if I have any blue puppies.

Is it really that attractive? I mean, I like the blue/fawn in the litter but if her confirmation wasn't up their in the top 5 I wouldn't give her a second glance.

I have preferences of colour but I wouldn't limit myself would you?

In a breed that can any colour I find it strange.

I reckon if I was gonna spend X amount on my breed of choice, I would want it to be 'perfect'. I think its fair enough for them to want a blue Whippy.

I dont know what the attraction is, I like certain colours mostly the vaious shade of brindle, mahogany brindle I like most out of them, it just appeals to me.
I guess that steel blue grey colour appeals to other people.

    because they are RARE (bullcrap)

I have seen so many blue Staffords, all papered, and none of them to standard. You couldnt pay me to take one!

Saying that, I do have a Blue Bi colour British Shorthair, and that was the only colour I wanted - Blue because all my life I thought Brits were only blue, then i saw the bi colour and fell in love...

In some breeds of dogs the colour of blue is rare.

I personally dont get what all the fuss is about BLUE coloured dogs, i know i would never want a BLUE SBT as its only a weak saturation colour of black anyway & because all of the Blue SBT's that i have seen are "way out" of the SBT standard size & they look too much like Amstaffs for my liking..

Everyone has a colour they prefer. I really like Blue & Blue Fawn, think the colour looks amazing on the dog. I had a Weimararner before so maybe I am just a sucker for that colour I find the lighter coloured dogs get the most amazing eyes too.

I actually didn't know that you could get Blue SBT's, I thought it was only Amstaff's. Maybe I just think it is an Amstaff when I see a Blue SBT lol.
