Yep all breeds with Bull in the name

Bulldogs, Bull terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Pit bull terriers, American staffordshire bull terrier (I bet AF, Judge and Clea just cringed at that) and Bull Pugs...or anything with a pumpkin head.

A long long time ago it just meant breeds that were commonly used or had relative ancestors that were used in bull baiting.

The Pug? lmao that would be funny.

I think this is why it confused me. People talk about owning a bull breed but really unless you know what kind of dog it is it could really be anything. The temprement of a bulldog for example is going to be different to a bull terrier.

(this made more sence before Beau put up his post, I was talking about breeds with bull in the name)

Ah ok that makes sence to me. In that case all mastiff breeds would fall under this, not just the bull mastiff

Because I know AF and Clea HATE PB's being called Amstaffs because they are not anything like Staffordshire bull terriers.

Judge I assumed would cringe at the fact that I added bull to the title.

I should add, "Bull Breeds" are the breeds that were developed from the actual types of dogs used in bull baiting. which were various forms of mastiff types, bulldog types, and mixes of all and sundry.

But today it does not seem to be understood.
