Default Looks Like River Goes on Saturday.

I rang RADAR Rescue. Someone was going to meet me tomorrow to handover but then rang me back to suggest to minimise his stress and double handling that we meet the rescuer in Wagga on Sat where he will then be hopefully transported to a carer I like or failing that, one of the Canberra Carers. I am happy to do what is the best for him and fit in with the others. He should have a good hope of placement in a bigger area. Bitter sweet, whilst I am so sad to see him go I am so happy he is safe and that a safe and suitable home will be found for him. I can not thank these people enough. Jessie will go soon too and then it will be my 3 and us fighting the world, lol.

Lordy, I get too attached, I would never make a good byb, too much outlay financially and emotionally

On another note, Bandit is back at the vet tomorrow, hopefully his eye will be unstitched and will ring them to see if Jodi can fit in at the same time for her first vac.

I have permission to now say who he will be cared for by.
NATTYLOU, I thank you so very very much. She has told me she will send me a pic after he arrives. I have also been told I will be told general information about his new home. I have his history written out for anyone who has him. ....di goes off to cry a bit in sadness as well as relief and thanks.

I'll keep you up to date on all his antics while he's here Di. The folks from RADAR are awesome, he couldn't be in better hands.

Aww Di. Bittersweet, I understand that. I'm so sorrr things turned out like this, but then again on second thought - and yes I'm going to bloody well say it - I think things will turn out the best they can now for River.

A massive round of applause from me to Nattylou, also. Awesome person, whoever you are!

I look forward to hearing about him in the future when he is placed with a loving home. Hey, if we're all lucky, Nattylou will recommend this forum to the new owner, and you'll get to see River all the time!
