    Question Dog Breed Recommendation?

Hi guys, I am going to get a second dog soon, so I was wondering what kind of dog you guys would recommend?
it has to be a large/med sized dog, no smaller than a border collie, no limit for largeness
I love big, exuberant dogs, it cant be a poodle :'( , and it isnt allowed to have fur longer than a border collie, cos of the paralysis ticks.
I want to do agility with it, and I dont like staffys or dogs like pitbulls and stuff. I don't have anything against them, Just a personal preference. So, what breed do you recommend? It would be living with a couple of cats, a couple of horses, a few birds and a lil shih-tzu cross.

    Personal preference was stated, Clea.
I have no idea what to recommend not knowing more about how much yard area, how much time can be given to a new dog whilst still doing the same things for other pets, make up of the house hold etc.

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

Selectapet - find the breed that is right for you | PetNet

Hopefully this helps. You put in your preferences and it tells you roughly what breed is suitable for you.
