Me too.

My main suggestion was not to make new rules they aren't going to put any resources into enforcing.

Filled it out, kind of a pointless survey in my opinion, not much being discussed.

The first question is an absolute shocker, just imagen if that was passed through .
If a stray dog is suspected by a council officer to be a danger to the public by virtue of its size, breed or disposition and it is also not registered – should councils have the power to immediately seize and destroy the dog?
Vics ****ed, so glad I left.

Yeh was a bit suprised by that question, would make me think Nero would be a monty to be destroyed (given his size) if he were to get out.
    Did i interpret that right?

Oh yeah i guess not only size but breed aswell, Given the Neos original history, many might think its a potential danger.

un-regoed can be for many and varied reasons. Say someone just relocated and had'nt got onto registering with council as they are flat out getting themselves and house sorted out, and the dog does a bolt due to fireworks or thunder or something. If everyone answers affirmative, and legislation is passed then dead dog.
All because someone might think its dangerous based on size, breed, and its disposition is terrified? crazy.
