I read this article while I was at work today - reduced me to tears at my desk. What a ******* sick **** is (former) owner is.

I hope he finds a wonderful forever home where he gets tons of love.

I agree, physically gut wrenching story. I wouldnt even have the decency to call that peice of **** a human being.

    Queensland rural areas.
I agree, in these towns I live in animal welfare isnt taken very seriously by alot of people. The number of dogs I have picked up off the streets and tried to find their owners when they have no rego tags and not been microchipped not to mention the amount of notices for pups for sale or to give away from BYB and they are all Mastiff cross with some sort of pigging dog. Some days I really struggle with humans.

    Oxygen thieves.

It is continually disappointing that you can see what atrocities people can dish out yet they can still surprise you with new lows...

You have to laugh, or you'll cry. People can always find a new low to sink to.

True. I have this Jekll and Hyde syndrome. Part of me consistently wants to pick up a gun and blow these low-lifes to Kindgom come and put not only the world out of misery, but themselves too.

The other part of me feels terrible sadness for the perpetrator. What hope will they ever have in life?

Another human stain walking the streets, what a demented individual, I can never fathom how someone can have so much rage and violence locked inside them taking it out on innocent creatures.

1 case per week so far, i didnt think it was that hot for enough 'gone troppo' cases.

Boof looks so happy with the handler, I hope somone in a position too gives him the best life a dog could ever have after such a ****full beginning. He deserves nothing but the best.

Give me chain to weight ratio, tehn lets put this jerk in the same chain to weight ration in 30 degree heat and see how long he lasts.

You know what I found really pleasing about this one? The fact that the dog was found when he was, and not two days later when it was too late. I'm so glad this boy gets a better life on the other side.

And I have to say, what an amazingly patient and strong dog to put up with it, and come out the other side still the gentle soul that he seems to be. I'm sure there's a bright future ahead of this guy.

    Disgusting... Im speechless.
One of the saddest things is, for every dog you here about in the news, theres 1,000 other dogs in the world going through the same sort of thing.
