    There is a difference between being offensive and someone taking offence at an something that wasn't offensive.
    Tongue twister!

    Like I said, it's not the clothes...It's mostly the name calling and perfume and nails that is...

    Sorry everyone, I am talking with my husband at the same time and so my sentences are a little confuddled and the typos are frequent!

    You all know what I mean I am sure though.
    A pessimist sees the glass as half empty;
    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    I agree, however I will not get in a discussion with anybody over something that is irrelevant to me or my life. If it is something that i stand strong on then I am more than happy to voice my opinion even if not everybody agrees.

    To me if she is not allowing her dogs to watch TV because of the contentand buys them perfumes etc etc, shes a tad crazy.
    You cant make similarities between putting a coat on ya dog in winter and the eccentric who treats there dog as a child.

    Does this lady have 'real' children? Possibly not & is therefore substituting?

    Personally I think this is going way too far. I don't even agree with dressing dogs up, maybe only as a once in a while thing like for christmas or something.

    A dog is a DOG. Treat it like one! How undignified for the poor dogs.

    She said the dog is the closest thing she has to a child

    I just downloaded a photo album with Jethro's first birthday cake, I would have posted it on here but I don't know how to.

    I think we had a thread like this a while ago. It was debatable whether it was cruel or not.
    IMO, its cruel.

    I find it cruel too. I've heard people say their dogs enjoy it and that has always surprised me.
