You may be surprised just how spritely he might be when he gets home! But keep him quiet if possible, if he wants to sleep then let him. Also offer him small amounts of water and food.

    Big hugs to Troopa!

Troopa is home and well A little wobbly on his feet but fine. Have to take him back in 10 days to get the stitches removed.
Vet nurse described him as 'a bit of a nutball'. Although I don't think that's a very nice term to use today of all days

Thanks for all your support & advice in here. I'm glad it's all over.

Ha ha Megan. Love the vet nurse's sense of humour. Poor Troopa. Lol.

    How is Troopa this morning?

Cleas, I'm sure that everything will be fine once it happens. I am sorry that you won't be showing anymore though.

Oh dear, I must have missed something around here. I didn't know you'd made the decision to have her desexed Hope everything goes well.

He's doing well this morning thanks Ange Usually he wakes at 5am scratching at the garage door but he slept until 7:40 this morning.
Still resting alot but not so wobbly and actually wanted to play with his footy this morning. Wasn't impressed that I would only walk after him instead of chasing though.

You know what...I have come to terms with it, because I know it is the best thing for my girl. It is obvious she is stressed and hopefully this will help her a bit.
