I'm talking what dogs you would never see me own...

Small breeds, I like my dogs to be big goof's, strong, enough to make someone think twice about jumping my fence. I dont like people to be "scared" of my dogs, but I want to feel safe, and also enough to keep up with my kids.

I dont like Cockerspaniels, had my face half torn off by one when I was 5 and hated them since.

Then there is the funny dogs, the dog's i know I couldn't have without laughing each time I seen them... (SORRY) Sharpei's, whippet's and poodles... I just cant help it.

The only small dog, funnily enough that I would have is a Cavalier.

It was my neighbors dog, it managed to put a nice big puncture mark in one of my hands when I was in their yard playing with it with their son, and it got a little aggressive out of no where. I ended up getting blood poisoning, which ended up with me in hospital for a week with both my arms in splints. I think I was in years 4 or 5 at school at the time so fairly young.

As that dog got older it started getting more and more aggressive so eventually it was sent off to a farm. But has left me with a bit of a chip on my shoulder.

He should have been put down immediately.

I have got to say, the pit in your signature is THE most beautiful dog ive ever seen in 45 yrs. Just gorgeous. Similar to a friends pit, but more pronounced markings empasisting the pale eyes. Apparently, pale eyes are considered a no no in most breeds. I reckon that's fantastic, it means i get the pick of the pale eyed dogs to own! lol

Thank you for the kind words about Mully Bernie. She passed on to the other side on 14/01/2010. She is happy now.

Now I have to deal with her 8 pups....unfortunately none have her dark marking although they are all very gorgeous

My next door neighbour (Dorothy) has a dog, a PitBull. Killed my other neighbours dog (A maltese X, named Mitzy) The Pitty got out of Dorothy's fencing, ran through OUR yard. Boof, was apparently barking his head off at the neighbours (owners of Mitzy) who just thought a car was coming in our drive way. The pitty grabbed Mitzy, pulled her through the fencing and up the driveway back up to Dorothy's house.

My dad found the body in Dorothy's yard. He said it was a devastating site, loss of eyes, fur nearly all gone, definately destroyed.

The Neighbours then told us how Boof at tried to warn them, as we both know that Boof was VERY fond of Mitzy and played with her often.

I have been afraid of Pit Bulls since that day, which is why I am so afraid of Mollie being out of my site. Dad is continuely watching to see if the Pitty will coem through our yard again

    I honeslty DONT KNOW.

Dorothy first started blaming Boof though, I remember. PFFT! As if! Boof would NEVER do something like that. We have trained him well and he loved Mitzy!
The neighbours scoffed at that too.
You would think Dorothy would know better then blaming Boof, expecially since we have security cameras around the shed! I think Dad checked them, basically to see how the Pitty got into OUR yard AND the neighbours yard. We all knew Boof wasnt like that, we didnt need to security cameras too know!

But, yeah, back on the question. I dont know. But its definately alive, loud and wailing like someone is abusing it everyday!
