Just found this pic of a double nose dog, not sure if its real or a photoshop edited pic, but i looks like a SBT , look at its cracking skull, its eyes, its big smile, mouth, neck shape & ears etc etc...

I can't say that there is any particular breed I don't like. Over the last 10 years I've rescued dogs of all shapes and sizes, and they have all been great dogs. However, there are breeds I would not choose to own myself, although I will take them as foster dogs. Whether I like a dog or not is purely based on it's individual temperament, not based on what breed it is. I am not scared of any dog, rather I am WARY of it if I do not know it - the bigger it is, the more wary I am (that's just being realistic, a big dog has the potential to do more damage than a little dog).

Agreed on this. Little dogs have a bad reputation all round. It's very true, I'm always careful around little dogs, more so than bigger ones. But it's cause of the owners that they have such a terrible reputation. Owners tend to baby little dogs more so than bigger dogs because they think it's OK if a little dog bites... it wont be as big a impact if it were a Labrador or a GSD. It's OK if a little dog walks YOU, not the other way round, because we can restrain them. More info on this here.

Now, I know this an article on this website has being called silly and inappropriate recently, but this article that I'm linking makes perfect sense.

Masha for God's sake, where do you find such misleading and UNTRUE info????
A dog jumps because it's a "pack leader"?????????? Hello!?! Has it ever occured to you that it just wants to reach you and have a cuddle? Cause it's happy because you've arrived home??? Of course it's about good manners to teach dogs of any size not to jump and to behave, but it has nothing, absolutely NOTHING to do with alpha status, or leadership or anything like that.

Sorry to get off topic but I just wanted to say that this forum has been becoming more and more ridiculous!

Right this moment I have some major doggie dramas going on at home that I could really use some advice with (especially from the Bully breed owners) but it has come to the point that I really dont want to post it as I am worried it will ....well...become an all out war TBH!

It is something that I am very sensitive about so have even thought about PMing the members I think could give me some great advice but even PM's have been becoming public knowledge amongst the forum atm!

IMO if people really feel the need to reply to threads that they should leave the personal **** out of it i.e. which members they dislike etc. This forum has really just become a massive bitch fest!
