OK, if thats the way it is, you will give me no choice but to investigate this further and when I find your address, which won't be difficult with the informaion you have put on line, I will ask the ranger to pay a visit to your home. I know the rangers down your way very well and I have been trying to avoid doing this but this is about the health of the dog and not you or your Mum Kassie. Do you understand? I want to help, but if you won't let me I will have to ask the ranger to take over the responsibility of your little dog with the cherry eye.

Thank you Shar! *Gets down on knees and praises.

Kassie, I want to make something very clear to you. It does not have to be this way. Give Shar your number and she will take care of this and help you, and you can keep your dogs. It is only if you refuse and dig your heels in that things will get ugly.

Kassie, I know it is not your fault, and I am not blaming you, but this pup needs medical attention and if your family won't do it and won't let me do it, then it is a job for the ranger, but it doesn't need to come to that. All we want to do is get that pups eye seen to by the vet, you must understand that. No one is trying to be mean to you but we must look after our pets and see that everything they need is given to them.

    There are a few options.

    1. Get you mum to contact me! 0432 710 765 so we can discuss how this baby staffy can get the treatment he needs
    2. Surrender him to SHAR PEI Rescue if necessary. If the ongoing care this baby boy will need is too much for your family, I will ensure he receives the vet treatment he needs and have him desexed and find him the perfect forever home for him.
    3. Bring in the ranger who will possibly seize the pup and place him in the pound.

I would like to see this baby boy desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and of course have the cherry eye issue resolved. And if your Mum is happy to take your little guy back after this vet treatment, and will ensure that all necessary vet treatment is given to all your pets, then there is absolutely no issue with him returning home to you.

Kassie, I know how scared and upsetting it can seem because your dog will have to go away to get fixed. You have had an incredible offer given to you to get your dog healthy and happy. (I am confused about whether your dog is a boy or girl so will refer to your dog as a girl until I can work it out, I hope that is ok?)

There are VERY FEW people in the world who will give you the kind of offer you have had from Shar. It will not happen again in your lifetime (upwards of 70 years!), my advice to you is to take the offer of treatment. Honestly, I have no vested interest in this (meaning I have no motive for saying this other than it is the truth).

Your girl will not show that she is in pain, she will be acting normally, but I am certain that she is quiet compared to what she will be like after the cherry eye is fixed. She will be far far happier once it is fixed, and she will be healthy. Isn't that the most important thing?

You could say to your mum "Mum, I know that *dogs name* is really sick with her cherry eye. A lovely person has offered to help her get better and I really want her to get better. Can you please at least talk to Shar and listen to what she has to say?"

Please help your dog! She will appreciate you more than ever if you do!

How are homes going for the other pups, Kassie?
There are lots of ways too that you can help out with them, cleaning up the places they are in, etc. Being on this forum there is lots to learn about our responsibilities with our pets that are dependent on us. Much like our kids who are dependent on us too. Many mothers have a lot to learn about proper child raising, just as people here have learned about what is needed for our pets. If later, you had a child and he/she was sick or badly sore, would you not want to take him to a doctor if they needed it? All that you learn here will do so very well for any pets that you have in the future when they are your responsibility. We all do know that at the moment as you are 15, these are your parent's responsibility now. It just hurts loving pet owners to see animals in need of help and the adult owners can not see it is needed.

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

But how can that be guaranteed really if they don't even get vet treatment right now?!?

Time after time kassie has been telling lies...says to people she is crying etc and people forgive that. I know she is 15, but honestly...the conditions those pups and dogs are obviously living in and the lack of vet treatment is atrocious! Which bring me to the next thing...if they are not taking pup to vet with cherry eye...you can be pretty sure the pups are not vet checked...microchipped...vaccinated etc etc either

If it had been ANY other member here...they would have been receiving a flogging from the other members!

I thought kassie had a horse! Horses cost money...so if they can afford to pay for keeping a horse...they can pay to have a puppy vet checked!

kassie's prefix is rubyredplace...search for them that way

Thanks for having the guts to say what I didn't.

Truthfully, I do not think Kassie has a learning disability. I think Kassie is just...We all know.

I meant a liar. Not one of the censored four letter words. I'm sorry, but anyone who lies about everything...Why or how can I believe she suffers from a learning disability when her internet time seems unmonitored and although she doesn't talk very well there's nothing disabled about it. Just incoherent.
