Mia cost me $1250, she's on the main register, not that it makes a difference cost wise. She'd also had her first vaccination.

Molly came from a shelter here, and from memory she cost us $220, and that was desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, wormed etc. I doubt they even covered their costs for housing, feeding and then all the vet work on her, which is why we take a couple of bags of food up there when we can.

Frenchies are approx. $2500. Why? Because people are prepared to pay that much for them. They don't have big litters so the waiting lists are long. Supply and demand.

I wanted one, but I didn't want to wait a year, so we got Angel from a rescue group, I think she was $300.

Jack Russell's are an incredibly cheap breed. About $400-$800.
Kelpies on the other hand. They have a huge price range. And I mean huge.
    $800-$9,000. I kid you not.
    The average is about $2,000.

I just saw a Boxer corss Bully in a pet shop at Parramatta for $1200. Can you believe it? I am always amazed that someone would pay so much for a cross bred dog.

    Hi everybody

We got Tara, a limited register blue Great Dane for $1200, she was 10mo and a rehome. Great Dane puppies are around the $1200 - $1500 for a non show quality dog, and can double that for show quality.
