Doesn't surprise me, Hugh wirthless is everything that comes out of his mouth is crap. Fine and jail people for not walking their dog .

What do you expect from an organisation such as the RSPCA, who think they are the law. I think people now know how stupid he and the RSPCA really are.

    No Problem !!
Kuro now walks himself for 30 minutes everyday on the treadmill ( with a nice big grin ), as well as runs around the back yard, runs around the lounge in the Family room and runs circles around us if he thinks there's something in it for him ( to eat ) !!!!

But Mitte, under this legislation he would not be seen to be out walking. Maybe a web cam and a screen outside would suffice for the walking police you recon??lol

Any posts made under the name of Di_dee1 one can be used by anyone as I do not give a rats.

Does that mean I gotta stick the video camera on the treadmill and move the Big Plasma Screen out the front yard just so the 'walkies' police can see Kuro grinning back at em !! ?

    Obviously to inform people???

Tybrax is a well known animal lover who provides a great deal of support to the public on BSL issues. She is at the forefront on many of these issues.

It is also common for Tybrax, and others, to post informative threads and news articles that people may want to know about and discuss.

    It's all good.

    Thanks for your reply Anne.

I could assume that the thread is to inform people of this possible proposed new legislation, but I choose not to assume that anything is obvious.

I also like to have any question I ask replied to by the person I address; it's the simplest, most failproof way. But thanks for your comments anyway.

It will be interesting to see what comes of this legislation in the future. Hopefully nothing.

Personally I don't think this legislation will ever see the light of day. If it gets people thinking then thats not a bad thing. Sadly not everyone that has a dog does the right thing by their pets. I have a neighbour that not only used to leave her dog all day but most nights as well. He was lucky to get a walk once a week and lived in a tiny court yard. If the discussion of this legislation changed her attitude then..hey I think that is a good thing.

The thread is to inform people. No assumption. I am not sure why you are even querying it to be honest. Does this mean that if anyone chooses to post a thread about something innocous there is a chance that it will be questioned? It might become tedious for people to be members here if they are questioned so much.

    As they say, just mho.
