    So sorry for your loss.

I got my first bunny a few years ago and was amazed at how easy she was to litter train & how totally endearing these creatures are. Unfortunately we lost her to flopsy bunny and I haven't been game to get another with the whippets.

Best of luck with your exams.

Thank you so much for all your support.

On the 'boyfriend' issue...He asked me to wait for him in case he decided he wanted me back.

I kept my dignity and was polite but I ended up being able to write a polite, scathing response.

Last week he brought me a silver bracelet engraved with my name on it and love his name on the back, I went out and bought a two hundred dollar dress for his graduation, he said he wanted to match his tie to my dress, he told me on the phone last night he would support me through exams and with Kai, how much he loved me.

Exam time: 9.00 (He knew this)

    Break up time: 8:40

...Do I need to say anything more?

    R.I.P Kai.
As for the boy friend, well he wasn't a friend at all and yes you are definitely better than he'll ever deserve.

You have got to be kidding, sweetheart, boot him where his Mother never kissed him, no excuse for that pathetic "break-up", he is not worth your time, but am so sorry about your Kai.

    Hi DisneyGotPierced.

My answer to times like this is Dark Chocolate.

I'm sorry about your bunny. When you're ready, I hope a new pet will find a good home with you.

As for the bf, they're tricky bastards. All that stuff about graduation and then shafting you like that. I'd be tempted to send him an invoice (bill) for the outfit.

I had a bf, we agreed when we started going out that the only honourable way to break up was face to face. I went to NZ for work, and he was fine with that, or that's what he said. But we should have broken up before I went. I noticed he was doing a lot of "whatever you want" instead of saying what he wanted, which is a big red flag (warning to run away) for me now.

When I got back, I organised to meet him face to face which he put off three weeks, the coward, and then he wouldn't say it that we were broken up, I had to say it, and then he said "can we still be friends" and I burst out laughing and couldn't stop. The guy had been an absolute rotter since I went to NZ, and before that if I think about it, and he wanted to be friends? I'm not that masochistic.

So - as my sister the psychologist says - "it's all good practice for when the right one comes along". Definitely a learning opportunity. Personally, I'm quite fond of the single life.

And if you want to learn from other people's mistakes - here's a list of red flags. I think one by itself - depending on what it is - would be ok - otherwise there'd be no blokes in the world worth dating, but a lot of them - run away.
