If she is desexxed in a week then it will cost the same as an abortion.

All dog owners are responsible for their dogs getting pregnant. Have her desexxed or if Mum can't afford it, re-home her.
    No more what?

Wouldn't we then have to pay for both the abortion and desexion?

No more expensive than a c-section is what puggerup was trying to say.

My elaboration to the quote was that if you claim that you saw her mating and you did not do anything to try to stop it then you are clearly ignorant on the issue at hand.

I do stop them as much as I can, but I can't be expected to watch her 24/7

No.. if she is desexed next week they remove the uterus and the "puppies" with it. If you leave it any longer though, you would have to pay an extra amount on top of the desexing.

and most people would keep their bitches locked up when on heat so they don't have to watch 24/7.

Oh I see, it would seem that is definitely the way to go.

Most people have a place to lock them up too.
We have no garage, and she's not allowed inside.

If you aren't able to provide a suitable home for her you may need to consider if keeping her is actually plausible.
