    Kristoffa, in this day and age there is NO excuse for ignorance. You own dogs then you should KNOW about them ,plus what is responsible and what's irresponsible.

    GET OVER IT PEOPLE!

    I give the OP full credit. They have been incredibly cordial and controlled given the abuse they are copping. For chrissakes, move on people and show yourselves to be a bit higher class than what you are all acting now.

    I so agree with Puggger. This thread is such an embarassment. Many of you have lost touch with the public it would seem and at this point in time, that is NOT the best scenario. You are like policiticans who have forgotten how the the real world lives.
    A pessimist sees the glass as half empty;
    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    Hi Kristoffa, when I first saw the pic of the big white dog, I thought GSD x heeler..nice looking dog. You have done the right thing in booking Molly in for desexing and I hope it all goes well. Let us know how she goes. If you are game to stick around, there are loads of good advice to be had....
    The more people I meet, the more I like my dogs.

    Well said Anne, I agree!
    Kristoffa, I think that de-sexing your girl is the right thing to do. I hope you can look passed the nasty stuff and stick around. This a good place to learn all about pooches and their ways.

    Hi Kristoffa, I'm a newbie here. Molly has obviously been a part of your family since you were a kid.. Good on you for coming in here and asking advice! You have obviouslly taken it on board, and Molly will be desexed. My daughter is 17 and I would never expect her to be responsible for a dog- she's not ready for it. Asking advice shows that you care. Yes, I totally agree that she shouldn't be allowed to have these pups. You've said that she may not even be in pup, you're just asking questions in case she is. Desexing is certainly the answer, and if I was you I'd post a pic of her with the stitches to prove it for the disbelievers (a minority) You've come a long way since your first post.

    Thanks guys, I'll be sticking around, ignoring a select few people.
    I'll take pictures of her stitches probably on Tuesday.
