    Yes, I know. Kassie can spell and type much better than what she is doing today which is shown by previous posts. High expectations is a good thing.

    Even people who are classified as IO can re-read what they have written to pick up on errors. Checking your typing before hitting 'post' or 'enter' can only be a good thing, particularly given her apparent problems. No-one expects Rhodes scholars here but always striving for the best is preferable.

    A pessimist sees the glass as half empty;
    An optimist sees the glass as half full;
    A realist just finishes the damn thing and refills it.

    I guess you could call it 'motherly advice'.

    No, just good, helpful advice.

    I don't communicate with Kassie much because of the hassle of trying to ascertain what she is writing. If she could proof read her sentences before posting, then yes, it would be a lot better for all of us, Kassie particularly.

    Give it a go Kassie, and you'll probably find people chat with you here far more then.

    This is probably going to sound harsh but...I feel a strong need to say this.

    Kassie, I have ADHD. My spelling isn't perfect but I still try to make it legible to everyone else on the forum. I'm aware you also suffer from Autism but please don't use ADHD as a guise...I find it slightly offensive. If it is your Autism that causes this then please accept my deepest apologies, it just seems you use ADHD as an shield as well.

    My suggestion to you is to think that even though what you're trying to say may make sense to you, it needs to be worded to the best of your ability so other people can understand. This is what I do and although I'm far from perfect, people understand me much easier now.

    Please correct me if I misread something or have made some kind of error.
