    Default Border Terriers

G"day all, got a call Saturday night from the kennel I worked at up here for a while, they needed me to come in for the day as the girl who now works there couldn"t make it. I haven"t been ther in 5 months so some of the dogs were unfamiliar. I met two little Border Terriers there & I"ve never come across the breed before, very cool little pooches!! Any forum members own one??

There's three that walk (run round yapping their heads off) at my favourite afternoon oval. A friend in Canberra has one - he talks - like Chewbacca out of star wars, especially at dinner time.

I think they're great dogs. Lots of character.

I haven't had them but have known people that do. They strike me as real terrier types, full of attitude and real bright sparks. Plus they have those scruffy faces - how could anyone resist!?

Hahaha isn't that the coolest thing ever!?! My rottie talks and we do call her Chewy or Chewbaka. The sound that she makes (especially round feeding time) are hilarious and quite scary for someone on the side.

    Border t's a great!

    Hi M'-72

I think down here, three dogs is a matter of making a request to council and they rubber stamp it. They're not super strict about it. What they're really looking to stop is 20 dogs in one household.

Have you asked about getting a permit?
