Poor bitch. I bet she was exhausted afterwards.

I think there was a Great Dane who produced 25 or so but a lot of them were born dead.

The record for live births with all pups living to adulthood was set in the 1930's and to the best of my knowledge has never been broken. Mum was a Foxhound called Lena and produced 23 healthy live pups.

Imagine carrying that lot around for 63 days!

I know the record is 24 pups from a Mastiff.
Imagine 25 full grown Mastiff dogs running around the house!!
