Default How Can They Call This a Dog Attack?

A four year old child is nipped on the hand by a 12 month old pup while his parents are trespassing on the dog's property. The parents are calling it a dog attack and demanding the dog be destroyed.

For goodness sake, this is ridiculous. I think it's the parents that need something done to them. As the owner said, if the dog wanted to attack, the injuries would have been a helluva lot worse.

So ..... let me tell you about what Tara did & then try & tell me she should be put down ......

We were in the park in January. Rob had Tara's big foam ball in his hand, his arm raised high above his head ready to throw it for her. At the same time, Tara was racing in because she just loves her "big ball" so much & wanted it. She leapt just as Rob threw the ball forward. I heard a "crunch" as her teeth connected with Rob's fingers, thought "That's gonna hurt" ... blood spurted from his hand & he fell to the ground in pain. Off to the Docs & 4 stitches. It's all part of owning a dog ....

It was an accident, as Tara doesn't know her own strength & she just wanted the ball first so Mish & Spirit wouldn't get it. There was no malice or aggression on Tara's part. Poor Tara felt awful about what had happened & licked & licked Rob's face as he lay on the ground.

LOL. Tara's like that. She hasn't got a mean bone in her body & is such a "stress head" if someone in her pack is injured. She is however, very STRONG ..... & rather clumsy, which results in the odd injury from time to time.
