Smaller breeds are cute too I just don't like the yapping, jumping up all the time, and being overly excited because they haven't been trained.
Don't read what I've been saying about them lately then

lol, about Labs or small dogs?

I think different breeds suit different people anyway and as many other people have said, dogs definitely reflect their owners in some way, and then there are exceptions to every breed (both good and bad).

I love small breeds, mostly because they're easier to clean up after/feed/care for generally, but they're also easier to squash when you get in bed at night! I'm a vet nurse and work at a dog shelter so I've met a lot of dogs of different (and some rare) breeds.

My favourites (because who can have one?!):
    -Miniature Pinschers
    -American Staffordshire Terriers
    -Bichon Frise
    -American Pit Bull Terrier
    -Rottweiler
    -Cairn and Norfolk Terriers
    -GSDs
    -Whippets and Iggies
    -French Bulldogs

    It goes on.

English Cocker Spaniels, as they are always happy to see you, tails wagging consistently, and they luv their cuddles.

I have lots of favourites but the ones that come to mind are beagles, kelpies, labs, collies, fox terriers, jack russel terriers, banjo terriers, golden retreivers and greyhounds

Poodles are great sheep herders, my mini/toy is unbeleivably good & learns so fast.

But I love my Tibetan Mastiffs most, they are just so different to any other breed I have had.
