Hey Guys and Girls
i just went to place a second order with this company VET Products Direct as i have been receiving email notifications from my first order, now i seen they were selling Advantix 2 for the price of one so i went into the live help and used my first and last name i received great service so i added the items to my cart and checked out thru paypal, now i had an error saying the paypal payment didnt match what was in my cart and secondly it also subscribed me automatically for 2 payments over 6 months that i had never agreed to as i only like to purchase what i want when i need it. weird huh?
than i logged back in and went to the live help i used my full name as i did the first time and the live help timed out i thought ok so i tried the live help again just under my first name and i was connected to another lady "Katrina" once i told her about the problems i was having she never replied i waited 10mins and still no reply
are there anyone else having these problems with this company? my first order took 2 weeks to arrive in sydney but i wasn't in a rush for the products so waited patiently
im not bashing the company just seems a little weird with there live help and the subscriptions for 2 payments over 6 months...
