    Hey Guys and Girls

    i just went to place a second order with this company VET Products Direct as i have been receiving email notifications from my first order, now i seen they were selling Advantix 2 for the price of one so i went into the live help and used my first and last name i received great service so i added the items to my cart and checked out thru paypal, now i had an error saying the paypal payment didnt match what was in my cart and secondly it also subscribed me automatically for 2 payments over 6 months that i had never agreed to as i only like to purchase what i want when i need it. weird huh?

    than i logged back in and went to the live help i used my full name as i did the first time and the live help timed out i thought ok so i tried the live help again just under my first name and i was connected to another lady "Katrina" once i told her about the problems i was having she never replied i waited 10mins and still no reply

    are there anyone else having these problems with this company? my first order took 2 weeks to arrive in sydney but i wasn't in a rush for the products so waited patiently

    im not bashing the company just seems a little weird with there live help and the subscriptions for 2 payments over 6 months...

    I was going to say that I've ordered a few things through them however I just realised that it is 'Vet n Pet Direct' that I've ordered from, not 'Vet Products Direct'. I was very impressed with Vet n Pet direct's service and fast postage.

    Perhaps you should try giving Vet Products Direct a call to try and sort out the issues you're having.

    I have used Vet N Pet and Vebo but not Vet Products direct.

    Sometimes phoning helps. I had a similar problem with estore.com.au - they didn't have the stock I wanted so I thought I'd cancelled the order... but they didn't refund and they didn't deliver. A phone call sorted it.

    when i first used the live help i asked if the product i wanted to buy was in stock (Advantix) the lady said yes so that is when i proceeded to check out and make payment

    i went and ordered the same deal from ebay about $10 cheaper not that its a great amount

    It does pay to shop around for all the 'bits and bobs' for pups.

    They can have some really good specials and I have found them excellent to deal with.

    this product Advantix must be on high demand, when i ordered from ebay last Thursday it wasn't sent out untill yesterday (Tuesday) i usually buy Comfortis or Frontline Plus but u just cant beat 2 packs for the price of one with the cost of 6 monthly flea control these days
