We are not talking chalk and cheese here , we are talking vintage or cheddar.

If you believe that a GSC cannot do as much damage nor will be as inclined to be as an APBT , then what use are any words .

You have just brushed a very broad stoke against the owners of Amstaffs , Staffords,Bull Terriers and Bull breed owners in general.

    Dog Savvy ?

In such a sad,sad way you are amusing but certainly not worthy of debating.
Good post Chop, i'm leaving well alone!!!!

Hey folks.. as i've not found out yet, does anyone know what breed "dogsavvy's" dog is...

wouldn't surprise me if its one of those designer type fur ball dogs, cause usually the owners of those type of dogs have the same nasty attitude towards bull breeds such as dogsavvy has shown.

Have to agree with Dogsavvy. Pit Bull owners are in denial when it comes to their animals. the same happens with people and their children.

    How so ?
Can you give me some form of logical reasoning as to why we are in denial and what it is exactly we are in denial of?

I'd like to know if Dogsavvy has had Personal experience to make such a judgement? As for denial... So all/most dog owners must be as all/most dogs can be able to kill.... Not just the bully breed.

Well that would be logical you would think Socks ?
I just cannot seem to see much logic from either of them though *shakes head*

Choppa, you push the Pit bull Agenda and see only the good side of the dog. Others see the bad side. Denial is human nature when it comes to the things they love.

Of course I will push for the good in my dog.

    And the bad ?
We are the first to realise, understand and do not deny that our breed had a chequered past. Yes they were bred to be dog aggressive , not human aggressive .
It was practice to cull any man biters , something that is still believed and practiced today by the responsible breeders.

There are many heinz dogs out there being passed off as 'Pit Bulls' and very few pure .
As I said , of course there are ********s in my breed.
There are in yours as well .
In fact there are in all breeds.

Just as all dogs have bitey ends.
The argument of the 'Pit Bull' being more powerful and bred to be a killing machine thus is gauranteed to do more damage is just not good enough. That is denial right there.

That only our dogs can be these great big lethal , unstable mongrels.
I cannot have you see different - that is denial.

These dogs are one of the most stable breeds you will find.
They were purpose bred for it .

So , what exactly am I denying ?
