I think that last post from Spiderwick explains all.
Well given the first time i clicked the link all i got was a bunch of pictures of people all holding there hands up to the camera all down the page.
Lets just put it down to a trigger that pissed me off enough to say it in more than one way to the one thing everyone seems to just bury there heads in the sand about.
Definitely talking about something else like a parallel universe thread.

in the parallel universe - planting evidence is not unknown.

There's a whole youtube library on it. Cops being caught out doing exactly that - most for drug busts. But it's not unheard of for not-cops to do it. There's a movie about that called "presumed innocent". Neat twist, but if you know there is a twist - and think about the title it becomes fairly obvious fairly quickly.

If the R$PCA was serious and did what it claims in their adds....there would be no puppy mills but the only thing the R$PCA cares about is...$$$$$$$$.

I think it is really difficult for RSPCA to get a successful prosecution and prevent some of these low lifes from owning dogs ever again.

They take them to court, they win, but the nut jobs are back in business a few months later...

For those that keep their animals in clean cages, with water and food - they can get away with that because there is no legal requirement for "enrichment" or exercise or quality of life or people time...

Tho as best I can tell - that's not a lot different to how our prisons, and age care residences are run.
