    Hey Jamie
I have a 9 year old border/golden, she is yellow and white, all her siblings were black and white. She has been and continues to be a delight. I would actively look for another. I got her from the AAPS

Jamie hasn't been in since January.

Doesn't mean he (or she?) won't be back but definitely isn't noticing updates to this thread at the moment.

Sorry guys I'm here! Yeah we got Griffey from my partners work friend. They have a pure golden dad and pure collie mum. Don't think it was intentional to breed them. All the puppies were black and white and we got to pick out of the litter. They sold the first 6 and then ended up giving the last 2 away as they were in a rush and couldn't keep the puppies for too long after 8 weeks being so busy.

Griffey has been an amazing puppy & once he's a bit more trained we will think about getting another puppy for him.

    No worries.

Have been deciding for months on whether to get him a brother. Really wanted to a while ago but may hold out until he's a bit older. Currently researching a few breeds at the moment but will wait for a little but until we decide.

    Hi Jamie

a second dog? Lots of people do. I've thought about it for my evil hound but she seems to like me all to herself - is rather rude and possessive especially at home. Ie I can't bring home strays or leave her out in the yard with another dog any more.

I thought I might get another one - when I am better at training this first one. Otherwise I will have two dogs that only recall when they feel like it...

Love seeing photos of other BCxGRs! Our girl Jessy is 14 weeks. she's only a little thing - more long than tall so hopefully her legs grow soon. we absolutely love her she is so smart and great temperament as well. Looks similar to Griffey but less white and her hair is a bit shorter at the moment. can't work out how to add a photo!

    hi ejs90

You can sort of attach a photo by clicking on the icon above your post ie where you type that sort of looks like a box with dots on the corners and a thing in the middle that is supposed to be a tree I think. Click on "from computer" then select...

You won't be able to do an URL link until you have made some more posts. Well you can and then you have to wait for a moderator to notice and "approve it".
