Default Has anyone ever owned this cross breed????

    Hi All

I work everday with English Foxhounds and Bloodhounds (through my job)

ALTHOUGH after easter i will be welcoming a Foxhound/Bloodhound/Bull Arab cross into my home. (i already have a Border Collie)

My understanding is that there is a line of Arabs that are called Paulsen? Bull Arabs which have Bloodhound bred into the line.

The bitch of the pup is Foxhound/Bloodhound and the sire is Bull Arab.
I have a fair bit of knowledge about the breeds other than the Arab as i have not had much to do with them.
Through internet research i have found some great information, but i would also like to hear from anyone who has ever owned this cross breed.

I hope i have made some sense

    Cheers

I own two bull arab crosses. Wouldn't know what's been crossed into the bull arab part of them though.

I've never owned one... but it sounds like a hunting hound crossed with a hunting hound crossed with a hunting hound.

would be excellent for tracking sports... or finding lost car keys ... or finding wild rabbits... and depending how you trained - finding (naughty) people.

It's pot luck really. There's so many different dogs that could be called a bull arab it's not really a good predictor.
