    Default My Jacqueline story...

    Hi everyone!
My name is Silvia, I'm Italian. I love animals and I'm new in this forum.
I apologize for my English, I have a bad English but I'm sure I can improve with your help
(You have to correct me, if you want!)

I’m completing my profile and, in the meantime, I’m introducing me...

I'll tell you my Jacqueline story...

In December 2011 I adopted a Jack Russell puppy. I called her Jacqueline. She was adorable and she had a little heart blot on her head.

We were all time together. I live alone, I work hard and I’m out all the day. Then she came with me at office! She was a good dog: she was polite and she received my clients. I dedicated my free time – in the evening and all saturdays and sundays – to educate her.

She loved the nature then we often came in country sides (my family lives in a little country, surrounded by land). My heart was filled during she was happy. We ran all the time together (it was a good way for do sport )) )

I often took out her leash: I loved seeing to run free and happy. I was always careful and she was very obedient. But...

In october 2012, one evening, in the middle of the city center , we were out for a walk. She was free (without leash) and she was next to me. There was a car which proceeded very slowly. I watch her that she was stop. At a certain point, when the car was near, she ran away, just under that car!
She died! A nothing is worth bring it to the clinic.

    I miss her terribly...

That’s my story. I am still moved... Forever, I think...

I would like speaking with friends who have my same love for animals.

    Nice to meet you!

Hi 'SilviaP' and to the forum.

It was very sad reading what happened to Jacqueline. But, because we are responsible for our pups and their safety - it also means that in a crowded area our pups really need to be on a leash so that we can keep them safe.

Hope you enjoy being a member of this forum. If you look through the threads you will find a lot of really good information.

Hi Grevillea, nice to meet you!
Yes, of cours. But I can't now...

With the crisis (in Italy is terrible!) I'm thinking go out, abroad, To change the work (my actual company doesn't have work, I fear that it can close). Then I'm looking for another work (I prefer to go out, abroad) and I can't adopt another puppy now. I'll adopt it, when my life will be stable. I want to known if my puppy could be happy.
