    Default Thursday is the day............

Drover gets his wings on Thursday.
I'm sad but kinda have my head around it.
He's been a gutsy little guy to live like this for 6 years.
Even in his last moments, he will be helping a vet student
enhance her studies on Neurological problems in dogs.
She will observe him as he moves around and add to her research.
At least for the next doggie to come along, Drover's condition
has helped the Vets do what they gotta do.
    GOOD ON YOU LITTLE GUY.

He is a gutsy little man indeed.
And he gets his guts from his mum.
You have both done so well, through all of this.
    my thoughts are with you.

Thinking of you both, Rambo's Mum.

Here's hoping Rambo can make a small contribution towards preventing or curing the problem in the future.

Wishing you lots of strength. And what a great thing to do, to allow the student to learn from him.

It is so very sad but I can tell you have accepted it is the right thing to do. You are a very brave and kind person.

Very sad. The decisions we have to make for our dogs can be so tough, not easy for you. You have loved him well and that is all you can do.
