    Update
    She had no pups overnight.
Took her took vet this morning at 8am
    Got a shot of oxytocin.
Got home and she got out of the car into her bed
    And had one.
2nd puppy came out not alive.

I went back to my vet and picked up a few oxytocin injections
As the vet was closing in case we need them.
It's been 2 hours since last puppy was born so we just have her a shot
Of oxytocin and hope she delivers the rest soon.

Will update in a couple of hours

Lucky Lady, Please do not use oxytocin until you absolutely have to. In my experience and from what I have read, this hormone causes the uteris to contract more than it would normally and has the potential to cause brain damage in the pups. It can also decrease the pups heart beat causing a lack of blood flowing to the brain.

We have used the drug before but only as a last resort and to ensure that the last pup is born and the placenta has been discharged. In more cases than I want to remember, after injecting the drug, the last pup was still born.

I wish you luck and happy endings.

    We have a low dose.
It had been 2 hours since last pup.
We gave her an injection at 11.47
She just had another at 12.12am
Little boy and is on de boob now.

It had been over 2 hours since her last puppy so we had no choice..

Well she had 11 Puppies and we lost 6..
So we have 2 girls and 3 boys..
    How sad...
Could of been from the Oxytocin
Could of been from the first day of loosing the one.

    We will never know.
At the end of the day, my girl is doing great and so are the
    puppies.
2 are already sold and they are not even 1 day old.

    Thanks for your support here..
I am off to go watch my girl feed her babies..
Will of course upload pictures as they progress..

Good to hear that your girl is OK and has five bouncing Bubbas.
Condolences for the little ones who did not make it.
