"His research found infected men were more likely to get about in rumpled clothes, to ignore rules, and to be oblivious to other people’s opinions, while infected women were more outgoing, trusting, and rule abiding."

Well, we have a cat and the symptoms above describe my husband perfectly.
    I must be immune.

Yes, it could have gone in the joke section - but even though the writing was very tongue-in-cheek and funny - it was still about a serious topic.

The aim of the exercise was to show - as from the article :

" New Zealand SPCA has trained three dogs to drive as part of its campaign to encourage people to adopt stray dogs. The campaign hopes to show that stray mongrels rescued by the group are not second-class dogs but that they are highly intelligent.

And yes - I have to hide keys and especially remotes from the pup ! He is sometimes toooooo smart for his own good !

I had to read all the comments.

This does not go far enough. There needs to be a counselling service set up for cows that are suffering post traumatic stress disorder. Better still the Prime Minister should announce an inquiry and issue an official apology to all the cows that have been scared by dogs. This could be followed by a BBQ.
