    Ok, here we go:

    Tuna triangles
1 can tuna in natural juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    250g cornflour
    250g rolled oats
    50g flour

Drain tuna (keep juice), then puree tuna with oil and egg in blender. Mix the puree with the other stuff to make a dough (I had to add quite a bit of water to get a dough that is why I would keep the tuna juice and use that instead of water).
    Preheat oven to 180°C.
Roll out dough to ~1 cm thick and cut into triangles (or whatever form you want...). Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 min. Store in a cookie tin and they last for about 2 weeks.

Birthday Fish Tart (Ziggy loved it )
300g pearl barley (I have no idea where to get that in Melbourne thats why I simply used rolled oats)
    200g cooked fillet of fish
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons corn flour
2 tablespoons finely chopped mixed herbs

(with this amount of ingredients you need 6 tart molds, 12 cm in diameter)

If you have pearl barley soak it for 35 min in water then drain in a sieve (I didn't do that with the rolled oats).
    Preheat oven to 180°C.
Break up the fish fillet into small pieces with a fork and mix with the other stuff (add water when using rolled oats). Put the dough in the tart molds and bake for 40 min. Turn off the heat and let the tarts cool in the oven. Store in a cookie tin and they will keep for about 3 days.

    Take a lambs fry

Cut it into chunks - or have the butcher do it

Microwave for about 10 mins for a bowl full - til they start to turn grey

    Cool

    Cut into bite size pieces

Lay pieces on an oiled oven tray

Cook at 180 til the house smells like dead animal

These freeze and last for ages - unless you forget them and leave them in the oven for a week...
