It looks to me like a white swiss shepherd

    Or one of these
Rescue/Rehome - The White Swiss Shepherd Dog Club of Australia Inc

    Or google images
    white shepherds

    Where did you find it?

Note - white swiss shepherds are very very clever dogs... and their owners are very very passionate about their breed. It's not likely they'd give one up easily unless they didn't know what they were getting into and I imagine their dog's breeder would want it straight back if they could not cope.

Definitely shep in that dog ... you were probably told right. Shep x Malamute etc.

Hi JONSNOW - is this your pup and where did you get him ?

I agree with others that the pup is a white shepherd.

Also looking at the growth plates on the front legs - there is still a lot pup in there !

Ears on pups can do sort of weird and wonderful things until they are adult. Teething is the biggest culprit - which if the pup is 5 months - well !!!!!!!!!

Does look a really lovely pup !

Ears on shepherd, do do strange things up to about a year/18 months. But those 'strange things' can all be lumped into "too large ears for head"
these are too small for shepherd. So x with some type of sledge dog is my guess. the face is slightly different to the swiss shepherd, and body shape is wrong for a swiss. The only non GSD thing i can see is the ears.

And there's a lot of growth in them legs still.

White GSD. With smallish ears. Has the head, expression, coat pattern etc. Without seeing body shape is hard to pick anything else.

Is about 5 times too heavy for a Jap Spitz so you can rule that one out.
