    Nawww they are so gorgeous!!!

When mums Bassets get going you would think someone was using chainsaws in the living room.

    Very cute vids

My dogs growl, bark and look like they are attacking each other, mum brought them inside once when they where doing it because she thought my adult was trying to kill the puppy

Newfsie - I love growly play too!! only reason I have to stop it is because I always have other people's kids around and I don't want them to be scared and even worse their mums. Hooch seems to do it very loud and it can be scary.
We are the one who actually taught him to growl (yeah.. good thinking) and now he always does it lol

Mine only growl like this outside with one-another..even when they play with other dogs, they don't do it...not even much at Tessa..newfies seem to do it with one another Lukey and Annabelle the most.

I personally do not like growling at people even in play, because it can be mistaken and I do not want my dogs to be misunderstood, by someone who does not know them. And funnily enough my dogs never seem to growl at humans in play.......So I can see your point, nowadays we have to be very careful

Mine do growly play too - difference is, mine sound like dogs. Newfsie, yours sound more like lions or something!
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
