Default Most Common Dog on DogForum

I started one on my other forum, time to do one here.

I said GSD would be most common on my other, but I have no idea for this one!

I accidently didnt click to be able to vote for more than one, so if you have numerous breeds, just chose one.

And yes I know I spelt Pit Bull without the extra 'L'

Afraid I had to go for other.

I have a Pug, a Shetland Sheepdog and a Whippet flying up next Saturday.

What about crossbreeds? They will have to go into other as well.

I don't mind that you spelt it with one L , I'm just glad to have them listed for a change

There were lots of other breeds I would have put up but it only lets me put up 10 choices.

It might have been better to choose breed groups rather than individual breeds.

Gundogs would cover Labs, Goldens, Spaniels, Pointers etc.

Sighthounds for Whippets, Greyhounds, Borzoi etc.

    Scenthounds for Beagles, Foxhounds etc.

Terriers would cover JRTs and all the other Terrier breeds.

Toys for Paps, Pekes, Poms, Pugs, Malts etc.

Bullbreeds would allow for Pitties, Staffs, Mastiffs etc.

Herding would include Cattle dogs, Kelpies, Collie breeds, Corgis etc.

People with mixed breed dogs could put them into the group they most likely belong to.

This way everyone's favourite breed or cross gets a vote.

But then you get to vote in several different categories so a Pointer/Pit Bull/Greyhound/Pekingese cross or whatever gets four votes instead of one.

I can't wait until DogsRule puts in her votes. That will be one for GSD and 8 votes for other.

    Other has got to win.
