Actually I was going to post on our very spethial (she says proudly)!! lol staffy site a question......what does the Stafford bow symbolise?

Clea on the, decorations page is a "Stafford Bow" and Ded suggested this too, but I am at a loss as to what is actually means (neanderthal that I am)lol

    Hi Amanda...

Did you end up choosing 1 of Soverencraft's gorgeous quality collars yet.. if you did then i cant wait to see some pics of beautiful Bella modeling her new collar.

I'm sure you will be very happy with Soveren's classy collars, they arnt some nasty chunky spiked studded collars that are out there... iykwim

This is my girls 1/2 check set, think it is the ones on Chris' website by the way, but it weighs in at 114 grams for the collar bit. so not really heavy.
Can't give you the weight of the lead as I left it on Jelly at a show the other day when I went to show a Border Terrier for a friend & she chewed it up. Rotten little cow as it was her mum's before her..................... luckily I had a before pic lol

To compare weights: the "bitch" flat collar will all its trim comes in at 81 grams. My girls have narrower ones than the boys so think of them as bitch or dog collars.

Edited to add that I have a friend with a Rhodesian Ridgeback who has a set (minus Stafford bits) for her big male. Looks great on him as well.

They could be made lighter if necessary, not that they are too heavy. The weight would be in teh leather which is up to three layers thick so it can be cut back or made thinner. I have only been asked to do it once, there is generally no problem with weight.

Jan can I help out at all with the lead or is it totalled???
